Here’s what to know about this oddsboard:

The Outlook: There hasn’t been a single moment all season where the Dodgers have not been atop the oddsboard — until now. The Brewers won Game 1 of the NLCS, and with that victory, became the newest World Series favorites. Then, Milwaukee beat L.A. again in Game 2, this time 7-4. Unfortunately for L.A., it rolled out Tarik Skubal in Game 1 and Yoshinobu Yamamoto in Game 2 — its two aces — and the duo lasted a total of seven innings and both suffered losses. Fast-forward to Game 3, and the Dodgers fell again, losing 6-3, this time with Blake Snell on the mound. The Dodgers are making an effort to go where franchises rarely go, and that’s winning three consecutive World Series titles. The last team to do it was the Yankees from 1998-2000. Prior to that, the Athletics did it from 1972-74, the Yankees won five straight from 1949-53 and the Yankees also won four straight from 1936-39. As for Milwaukee, it has never won a World Series, but is one win away from making it to the Fall Classic.
